In February 2025, she was appointed President of Carrabba’s Italian Grill, where she leads the vision, operations, and growth strategy for more than 190 restaurants across the United States.
Born in New Orleans and raised in Vacherie, Louisiana, Kelia grew up in a community where faith, family, hard work, and service were foundational values. Those principles shaped her character long before she entered corporate leadership and became the cornerstone of her leadership philosophy.

Kelia began her restaurant career in 1984 as an hourly team member at Taco Bell while pursuing her education. What started as a job quickly became a calling.
Through hard work, continuous learning, and a commitment to serving others, she advanced through numerous leadership roles over nearly three decades. Her responsibilities eventually expanded to overseeing operations, developing leaders, strengthening teams, and helping organizations grow with purpose.
